Lake Central Running Club
LCRC's mission is to extend the cross country and track season for runners grades 6-8. Student-athletes will gain an understanding of the training methods used at the high school level and have the chance to engage with high school coaches. Additionally, middle school participants will have the opportunity to train along side and connect with members of the high school cross country and track teams.

6th - 8th Grade
Boys: 14:00 3k/ under 6:30 for 1600
Girls: 14:30 3k/ under 7:30 for 1600
Time:
4:30pm - 5:30pm
8:00am after the school year ends

Cost: $80
($75 + $5 Fee)
