2025 Lake Central Volleyball Youth Academy
Youth Academy will have 2 components:
Beginners
- Designed for players to introduce the basic fundamentals skills to the game of volleyball.
- Skills included: footwork, movement, passing, serving, attacking, and setting.
Advanced
- Designed for players who have basic to intermediate skills as well as play on their middle school team.
- Skills included: footwork, movement, passing, serving, attacking, setting, team drills, and controlled games.
